Refund Policy

Digital Products: Due to the nature of digital downloads, all sales are generally final once the product has been downloaded. Please review product descriptions, previews, and specifications carefully before purchasing.

1. Our Commitment

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. While digital products cannot be "returned" in the traditional sense, we handle refund requests fairly and on a case-by-case basis.

2. When We WILL Provide a Refund

You may be eligible for a full refund in the following situations:

  • Technical Issues: The Asset files are corrupted, broken, or significantly different from what was advertised
  • Download Problems: You were unable to download the Asset after purchase and we cannot resolve the issue
  • Duplicate Purchase: You accidentally purchased the same Asset twice
  • Misleading Description: The Asset substantially differs from its description or preview images
  • Not Downloaded: You request a refund before downloading the Asset (within 14 days of purchase)

3. When We May NOT Provide a Refund

  • Already Downloaded: The Asset has been downloaded and there are no technical issues
  • Change of Mind: You simply changed your mind or no longer need the Asset
  • Software Compatibility: The Asset doesn't work with your specific software (file formats are listed on each product page)
  • Skill Level: You lack the technical knowledge to use the Asset (we're happy to provide guidance)
  • Late Request: More than 30 days have passed since purchase

4. How to Request a Refund

  1. Contact Us: Email support@fishboe.co.uk with your order number
  2. Describe the Issue: Explain why you're requesting a refund
  3. Provide Evidence: If applicable, include screenshots showing the problem
  4. Response Time: We aim to respond within 2-3 business days

5. Refund Process

If approved, refunds are processed through the original payment method:

  • Card Payments: Refunded to the original card (5-10 business days)
  • PayPal: Refunded to your PayPal account (3-5 business days)

6. Chargebacks

If you have an issue, please contact us first before initiating a chargeback with your bank or payment provider. We're committed to resolving issues fairly, and chargebacks incur fees that harm small businesses. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in account termination and legal action.
